of alpha and numeric

all documents in the same direction add to the cost

Higher volumes and ongoing projects receive a discount
All data on one-sided page is less expensive than
multiple page

depend on the following requirementsis.
Higher resolution and color scans are more expensive
than lower resolution and B/W
Irregular size and mixed size paper are more expensive
to scan than letter size
